You can return your item(s) within 30 days for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund if it is unused with the original tags attached.

At Island Style Clothing, we pride ourselves on quality and customer service. If you need a different size or wish to return your purchase, please see the details below. We accept exchanges and returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange - Free Return Shipping

Exchange for a new size or new item and we’ll pay for your return shipping! We will send your replacement item as soon as your return is received back to us. All exchanges are shipped with standard delivery.

Store Credit - Free Return Shipping

Can't decide now? Just choose store credit and choose something later, plus we’ll pay for your return shipping. We will email your store credit as soon as your return is in transit.

Refund - AU $10 Return Shipping Fee

Would you like a refund instead? Not a problem! An AU $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is received by us*. 

* Please allow 10 days to reach us. The original shipping fee is non-refundable and any rewards credit received for your order will be forfeited.

3 Easy Steps for Returning

1. Complete Online Returns Form

Click “Start Return” and follow the steps to complete our online returns form. Choose whether you would like Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.

2. Print & Attach Returns Label

Package your unworn item(s) with their original tags attached in the original mailer. Cover the original shipping label and attach your new printed return label.

3. Post The Parcel

Drop off your return to your nearest Post Office or Post Box and we will be in touch when we receive your return!

International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• To start a return, please email us at support@Islandstyleclothing.com.au with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we’re unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Conditions

We offer refunds and store credits subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains, odours or that smell of perfume.

2. The return/exchange is requested by clicking here within 30 days of the date your order was purchased.

Sale/Clearance Items

Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges. Please check individual Product Description to see what is Final Sale. Size guides can be found on all product pages. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment.

Cost of Returns

A fee of $10 will be applied for returns requesting a refund to cover the cost of shipping.

Returns & Exchanges Timeline

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and email you with a credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.

Faulty Items

While we pride ourselves on ensuring our clothing is of a high standard, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive an item that is faulty, please email us at support@islandstyleclothing.com.au with supporting imagery so we can determine the appropriate next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and if deemed faulty by ISC a full refund will be issued or a replacement sent out to you with express shipping. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
